Cancellation and rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of event rentals, we have the following in place:


Cancellation and rescheduling:

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations made after booking will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice.
  • Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (based on availability)
  • Rescheduled events must take place within 60-90 days.
  • Outdoor events affected by weather may be rescheduled (based on availability); however, an indoor backup location is strongly recommended. Deposits remain non-refundable but transferable

Equipment damage policy

If any returned equipment is damaged, stained, lost, or requires repairs, the client is responsible for:

- Repair costs

- Replacement Costs (if necessary)

- Additional Cleaning Fees

TEMPERATURE GUIDLINES (OUTDOOR USE)

To ensure a safe and comfortable play environment:

- We recommend outdoor set-ups between 65 - 80 degrees Freiheit

- On warmer days (above 75 degrees Freiheit), shaded areas are required

- We do not set up in extreme heat (above 80 degrees Freiheit in this case), as equipment can become too hot for young children

- Outdoor setups must be on grass, turf, or concrete.
